Visit to the first residential complex built in the city of Shusha

On June 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow visited the first residential complex built in the city of Shusha.

The complex, the foundation of which was laid by the Head of State in 2021 and covering a total area of nearly 8 hectares, includes 23 buildings.  Of the 450 apartments here, 28 are one-room, 195 are two-room, 190 are three-room, 30 are four-room, and seven are five-room apartments.

The complex is home to formerly internally displaced persons, while the service apartments are occupied by employees of various state institutions working in the city of Shusha. Extensive landscaping and construction work have been carried out throughout the area, with green spaces created and all necessary conditions provided for the comfort and recreation of the residents.
