Foundation of the Talish-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti-Naftalan Highway

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid a foundation for the Talish-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti-Naftalan highway in the Tartar region On October 3. The total length of the new road from Talysh village of Tartar to Naftalan city, passing through Tapgaragoyunlu village of Goranboy region, will be 22 kilometers.
