Visit to the “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh” exhibition

On June 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow visited the exhibition “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh” at the Creativity Center in Shusha, which was restored by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh” exhibition features photographs, documents, and video materials reflecting the National Leader’s contributions to the political, economic, social, and cultural development of Karabakh. It also contains photos of the National Leader’s past visits to Karabakh, as well as various meetings and events he attended there.

The exhibition presents to visitors the major turning point in the history of Karabakh and East Zangezur that began in 1969. Through photographs and video materials, visitors are introduced to the extensive reforms implemented by Heydar Aliyev in all spheres of life in the region under complex historical circumstances, reflecting his deep commitment to his homeland and people. The exhibition also features the film Trace, which depicts the life and political activities of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
