Visit to Jidir Duzu

On August 23, during their visit to the city of Shusha, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and his wife Ziroatchon Mirziyoyeva, visited Jidir Duzu.

One of the symbols of Shusha, Jidir Duzu historically has been the site of horse racing competitions and a place where the local Turkic population celebrated Nowruz and other folk festivals since the Karabakh Khanate period.
