Reception of the representative of the U.S. Department of State by President Ilham Aliyev

On October 20, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Joshua Huck, the Deputy Assistant Secretary at Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on ensuring peace and stability in the region and the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev reiterated Azerbaijan’s commitment to the regional peace agenda, the normalization of relations with Armenia, and the continuation of peace treaty negotiations with the aim of signing an agreement soon.
