President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to the Pirlar village in the Khojali district

On December 22, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Pirlar village in the Khojali district and inspected the area.

Pirlar village, situated in a mountainous region, was occupied by Armenian armed forces in 1993. On September 19–20 of this year, the Pirlar village was cleared of separatists as a result of the counter-terrorism measures carried out by the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh.
