President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to the Khanabad village in the Khojali district

On December 22, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Khanabad village in the Khojali district and inspected the area.

Khanabad village, located in a mountainous region, was occupied by Armenian armed forces in 1992. On September 19–20 of this year, the village was cleared of separatists as a result of the counter-terrorism measures carried out by the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh.
