President Ilham Aliyev’s Speech at the Shusha Global Media Forum

On July 21, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening ceremony of the Shusha Global Media Forum on the topic of “New Media in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution”. Organized under President Ilham Aliyev’s directive as part of the “The Heydar Aliyev Year” and the 148th anniversary of the Azerbaijani National Press, the forum brought together 150 foreign guests from 49 countries, including state information agencies from 34 countries and 12 international organizations and media institutions. Additionally, 60 local media leaders and representatives attended the forum.

During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev greeted the event participants, thanked the guests for accepting the invitation to attend the Shusha Global Media Forum, and emphasized the importance of such events for the country and the Karabakh region, following his remarks, he answered questions from the guests.
