President Ilham Aliyev’s participation in the opening of the Karabakh Regional Vocational Training Center in Barda

On August 7, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of the Karabakh Regional Vocational Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in Barda and got acquainted with the center’s infrastructure.

The center is equipped with 7 workshops, 8 classrooms and instruction rooms, a Vocational Guidance and Career Planning Center, and administrative and technical rooms. Infrastructure has been created here for teaching 48 professions, including tailor, seamstress, designer, cook, waiter, barber, makeup artist, locksmith, carpenter, turner, woodworker, furniture maker, painter, welder, plumber, and other professions. The center is designed to accommodate 300 trainees at a time and 1,200 trainees annually. A staff of 20 will be working at the Karabakh Regional Vocational Training Center.
