President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva’s participation in the “Lachin City Day” celebration on the bank of the Hakari River

On August 26, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the “Lachin City Day” celebration supported by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and organized by the Ministry of Culture and Special Representative Office of the President of Azerbaijan on the bank of the Hakari River in Lachin city.

During the event, the head of state delivered a speech congratulating the residents of Lachin on City Day. Following the speech, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva interacted with the event participants.
