Opening of the Creativity Center in Shusha

On May 10, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their family members participated in the opening of the Creativity Center in Shusha after its restoration by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The current building of the Creativity Center in Shusha is listed as an architectural monument of national significance. It once housed Agha Gahraman Mirsiyab oghlu’s Caravanserai. The restoration work, carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation since 2022, has returned the building to its original state.

The head of state, the first lady, and family members visited the exhibition “Heydar Aliyev and Karabakh”, opened within the framework of the 100th anniversary of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, in the exhibition hall of the Creativity Center.
