Groundbreaking Ceremony of a School Building in the City of Zangilan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva on October 19, attended a groundbreaking ceremony of a school building in the city of Zangilan and the head of state laid the foundation of the education facility.

Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev informed the head of state and the First Lady of the 960-seat school building and stated that the school building will occupy an area of 1.6 hectares and is planned to be built in the center of Zangilan city and is near to the residential complex. The three-storey school will consist of modular classrooms, a large amphitheater, open classrooms, playgrounds, sports grounds, and a lobby.
