Opening ceremony of the residential complex built in the city of Jabrayil

On October 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the residential complex built in the city of Jabrayil and presented apartment keys to the residents moving into their new homes. The head of state also delivered a speech at the event.

The total area of the Jabrayil residential complex is 7.9 hectares. The complex consists of 33 residential buildings, 7 of which are five-story and 26 are four-story. Altogether, these buildings house 712 apartments. Among them, 8 are one-room apartments, 136 are two-room, 8 are two-room studio-type, 392 are three-room, and 168 are four-room apartments. The area of ​​one-room apartments is 45–50 square meters, two-room apartments are 55–90 square meters, two-room studio apartments are 98–100 square meters, three-room apartments are 90–108 square meters, and four-room apartments are 110–120 square meters.

All apartments are fully finished and equipped with kitchen furniture, gas stoves, combi heating systems, water, gas, and electricity meters. The construction of the complex, consisting of six blocks, was carried out with high quality. In addition to the residential buildings, the area includes social and public service facilities, underground and above-ground parking lots, recreational areas, children’s playgrounds, and sports fields.
