Opening ceremony of the highway from Sarsang Reservoir to Umudlu village in Aghdara

On March 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the opening ceremony of the reconstructed highway from the Sarsang Reservoir to Umudlu village in the Aghdara district.

In accordance with the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev last year, the reconstruction of the highway from Sarsang Reservoir to Umudlu village in Aghdara district was carried out at a high standard. The road is a fourth-category highway, 9.4 kilometres long, with lanes 6 meters wide. Necessary measures were taken to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow on the road.
