Opening ceremony of the Government Services Center in Shusha after major renovation

On July 5, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the inauguration of the Government Services Center in the city of Shusha following major renovation works.

The reconstruction and renovation of the Government Services Center, which has a total indoor area of 2,600 square meters, began in May of the previous year. Extensive renovation work was carried out by the Shusha City State Reserve Administration in the former post office building and its surrounding area, with the development of a large green zone. Following the complete renovation of the four-story building, the center will host branches of ASAN Service, DOST Service, the SMB House, and branches of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (including post and communication hub services).

It is planned to provide 56 people with relevant jobs in the institutions that will operate here. It has been ensured that the employees who will work at the center will be residents of the Shusha city. 21 staff members will work at the Shusha Regional ASAN Service Center. All employees were selected from individuals registered in Shusha (from the list of returnees).
