Inauguration ceremony of the Fuzuli substation

On June 14, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony of the newly built Fuzuli substation. During the ceremony, the Head of State launched the operation of the substation.

The new 110/35/10 kV substation in the city of Fuzuli was constructed in accordance with President Ilham Aliyev’s instructions to ensure the rapid supply of electricity to the liberated territories. Located near the newly built airport and the Shusha road, the substation will provide electricity to all future infrastructure facilities in Fuzuli city, the airport, and nearby villages.

The substation, including the new control center, is equipped and completed with equipment that meets the most modern requirements. In addition to technical capabilities, the management center has created comprehensive conditions for the efficient work and recreation of employees.

A local micro-SCADA dispatch control system has been established to monitor the substation’s operation in real time and transmit performance data to the Azerenergy OJSC SCADA system.
