Opening Ceremony of the “Fuzuli” Substation

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of the newly built “Fuzuli” substation on June 14. During the opening ceremony, the head of the state started up the Fuzuli substation.

A new 110/35/10 kilovolt substation in Fizuli was built following President Ilham Aliyev’s instructions to provide the liberated territories with electricity at the earliest possible time. Located near the new airport under construction and the Shusha highway, the substation will provide all the infrastructure to be constructed in Fuzuli city and surrounding villages, including the airport with electricity.

The substation, including the new Control Centre, has been provided and completed with the most modern equipment. Along with technical capacity, all necessary conditions have been provided at the Control Centre for efficient work and the rest of the employees.

A new micro-SCADA supervisory control system was built to control the substation’s work in real-time and transfer data to the SCADA system of Azerenerji OJSC.
