Opening ceremony of the first residential complex built in Zangilan city

On May 10, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the first residential complex consisting of 104 apartments in the city of Zangilan.

The residential complex covers an area of more than 2 hectares. It consists of 12 buildings. Four of them are three-storey buildings with a total of 60 apartments, while the remaining eight are two-storey townhouse-type buildings with 44 apartments. In total, the complex contains 104 apartments, of which 84 are designated for residents and 20 for official use. The apartments include 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room units.

Extensive work has been carried out in the complex to ensure the residents’ comfort. The area features children’s playgrounds, sports fields, a bicycle lane, as well as underground and surface parking lots. According to the Master Plan of Zangilan, the residential complex is situated in the central part of the city within a medium-density, multi-functional zone, in close proximity to a school, a kindergarten, and a park.
