Opening Ceremony of a Military Unit of the Ministry of Defense in Sugovushan

A military unit of the Ministry of Defense has been inaugurated in the Sugovushan settlement of the Tartar district. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Victorious Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the groundbreaking ceremony on March 20.

A checkpoint, headquarters buildings, officers’ dormitories, a medical station, boiler rooms, a store, and a canteen for 174 people were created in the territory of the military unit. The headquarters building of the military unit has working rooms equipped with all the necessary equipment for the service members. The soldier’s canteen is on a modern level.
