Novruz bonfire and a meeting with a group of residents in the village of Hasanriz

On March 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva met with a group of residents who had relocated to the Hasanriz village in Aghdara district and got acquainted with the restoration work on individual houses and infrastructure.

After meeting and speaking with the residents, the Head of State and the First Lady together with the villagers lit the Novruz bonfire.

President Ilham Aliyev and the First Lady also visited the Flag Square in Hasanriz village. Here the national tricolour flag flies on a 17-meter-high pole. From the location of the Flag Square, there is a beautiful view of Hasanriz village and the surrounding settlements.
