Meeting with residents relocated to new homes in Fuzuli

On August 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his wife Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva met with residents who had been relocated to new homes in the MIDA residential complex in the city of Fuzuli. After speaking with the residents, the heads of state and their spouses were briefed on the residential complex built by the State Housing Development Agency.

The complex, which spans a total area of 8.9 hectares, consists of 38 residential buildings. These buildings are 4, 5, 6, and 7 stories high. In total, the complex will have 846 apartments, including 318 two-room, 430 three-room, and 98 four-room apartments. The construction of the complex is currently progressing rapidly and with high quality. The construction of the first quarter, consisting of six buildings and 144 apartments, will be completed by the end of August this year. The second quarter, consisting of six buildings and 123 apartments, will be handed over in September. In total, the construction of an additional 26 buildings with 579 apartments will be completed by the end of this year.
