Meeting with residents of Girmizi Bazar, Hadrut settlements, and Sos village

On September 14, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with residents of the Girmizi Bazar and Hadrut settlements, as well as Sos village in the Girmizi Bazar settlement of the Khojavend district.

While greeting the residents, the President noted that Azerbaijan had fully restored its sovereignty, that the “Great Return” program was being successfully implemented, and that large-scale construction and restoration works were underway in Karabakh. He emphasized that the past five years have marked a glorious era of victory for the Azerbaijani people and highlighted that all necessary conditions had been created for residents to return to their native lands and live in comfort and security.

The residents expressed their deep gratitude to the Head of State for the care shown and for putting an end to their 30-year longing.
