Meeting of Azerbaijani officials with representatives of the Armenian community in Karabakh

On March 1, Azerbaijani officials met with representatives of the Armenian community in Karabakh. Member of Parliament Ramin Mammadov was designated as the point person for contacts with the Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting took place in the city of Khojaly, at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping contingent. Masim Mammadov, head of the monitoring group consisting of specialists from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Service on Property Issues, and AzerGold CJSC, also participated in the meeting. During the meeting, preliminary discussions were held regarding the reintegration of Armenian residents living in the Karabakh region into the Republic of Azerbaijan.
