Meeting between President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan

On October 2, in Copenhagen, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, the parties emphasized the importance of the agreements reached at the Washington Peace Summit, organized at the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump. The discussions focused on strengthening regional peace, transport and communication projects, particularly the TRIPP project, and infrastructure development. The decision to dissolve the OSCE Minsk process was also welcomed, and an agreement was reached to continue confidence-building measures.
