Laying the Foundation for Memorial Complex and the Restoration of the City of Fuzuli

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva met with members of the general public of the Fuzuli district on October 17 and laid the foundation stone for the Memorial Complex and the restoration of the city.
