Groundbreaking for the second residential complex in Fuzuli

On October 16, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of the second residential complex in the city of Fuzuli. During the ceremony, the head of state laid the foundation of the complex.

In line with the master plan of Fuzuli city, it is intended to establish residential quarters that meet modern standards to ensure a high quality of life for the population. The second residential complex to be constructed consists of two areas located in a multifunctional zone. A total area of over 9 hectares has been allocated for the complex, which is designed to accommodate 2,288 people. The second residential complex will include a total of 653 apartments: 13 one-room, 209 two-room, 281 three-room, and 150 four-room apartments.
