Groundbreaking for the Alibeyli village in the Zangilan district

On September 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundreaking ceremony for the Alibeyli village in the Zangilan District. During the ceremony, the head of state laid the foundation stone for the Alibeyli village.

Alibeyli village is located on the banks of the Hakari River, at the foot of the Bargushad Range, and along the Horadiz–Jabrayil–Zangilan–Aghband road. According to the general plan of the liberated areas, the Alibeyli village is being designed together with Birinji Alibeyli, Ikinji Alibeyli, Saril, and Khumarly villages. The current settlement area of the village covers 103.5 hectares. The planned area is 170.3 hectares. The project envisions the construction of 498 individual houses and 144 apartments in 2-3 story block buildings for 2,568 residents. In the first phase, the design and construction of 197 individual houses for 772 residents is planned.
