Groundbreaking ceremony for the Zallar village

On May 27, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Zallar village in the Kalbajar district. During the ceremony, the President laid the foundation for the Zallar village.

Zallar village is planned to accommodate a total of 487 families. In consideration of a 20-year development perspective and the subsequent expansion of the residential area, 137 hectares of land have been allocated. In the first phase, construction of single-story individual houses is planned for the relocation of 350 families. Of these 350 houses, 100 will have two-rooms, 167 three-rooms, 57 four-rooms, and 26 five-rooms. Additionally, a 360-seat school and a 120-seat kindergarten will be built here.
