Groundbreaking ceremony for the third residential quarter to be built in Aghdam

On May 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the third residential quarter to be built in the city of Aghdam. During the ceremony, head of state laid the foundation for the third residential quarter in Aghdam city.

The residential quarter, covering an area of nearly 17 hectares, includes a multifunctional zone, part of which is characterized by low population density. The residential buildings planned for this quarter will house 1239 apartments with a total area of approximately 120,000 square meters, including 25 one-room, 396 two-room, 533 three-room, and 285 four-room apartments.
