On May 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Taghibayli village in the Aghdam district. The head of state laid the foundation for the Taghibayli village.
The planned area of the village is 255.31 hectares. Relocation of 3840 people to the village is planned. For this purpose 885 individual houses will be constructed. The planned area covers the territories of Taghibayli and Suma villages. In the first phase, the designated area is 78.05 hectares, with plans to relocate 108 families. During this phase, 108 houses will be built, including 22 two-room houses, 54 three-room houses, 27 four-room houses, and 5 five-room houses. Additionally, the village will feature a 264-seat school building, an 80-seat kindergarten, a medical station, a community center, a library, a guesthouse, a commercial center, a sports and wellness center, an administrative building, a domestic services facility, a craft workshop, a village square, a Flag Square, a park, a fire station (with 2 fire trucks), a boiler house, a water reservoir, a sports field, a 35 kV distribution facility, and a market complex.
