Groundbreaking ceremony for the second residential quarter to be built in Aghdam

On May 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the second residential quarter to be built in the city of Aghdam. During the ceremony, head of state laid the foundation for the second residential quarter in Aghdam city.

The residential quarter, covering an area close to 14 hectares, will predominantly consist of green spaces. The quarter will be located along the central street of Aghdam city, adhering to the approved master plan of the city. The quarter will accommodate a total of 1268 apartments across the residential buildings that will be built here. It is planned to have 114 one-room, 464 two-room, 536 three-room, and 154 four-room apartments.
