Groundbreaking ceremony for the second residential complex in Kalbajar

On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the second residential complex in Kalbajar city.

The complex is designed on an area of ​​1.76 hectares. The second residential complex to be built in the city of Kalbajar is located in a multifunctional zone according to the city’s Master Plan. It is planned to construct 8 residential buildings with 3 and 5 floors in the complex. 56 of them will be two-room, 56 will be three-room, and 48 will be four-room apartments. A total of 160 families are planned to live here.
