Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Multi-Apartment Residential Neighborhood that will be Built in the city of Fuzuli

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the multi-apartment residential neighborhood that will be built in the city of Fuzuli on October 17. During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the residential neighborhood.

The residential neighborhood with an area of 17.8 hectares will be built and put into operation in stages. In the first stage, 4-5-story residential buildings with 65 apartments will be built. The apartments will consist of 1, 2, 3, and 4 rooms. Multifunctional buildings will be built in the neighborhood. In total, a living of 2,860 people is planned in the neighborhood. In the construction of a residential neighborhood with courtyard-type plan structures, traditionalism and modernity will form a unity and will stimulate the determination of the future architectural face of the complex city. The neighborhood is also expected to have business centers, malls, catering, cultural, and household-utility facilities. Green areas will surround the area, pools, and fountains will be installed, and bicycle paths will be built.
