Groundbreaking ceremony for the Horovlu village

On May 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Horovlu village in the Jabrayil district. During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the village.

The planned area for the project covers 248.1 hectares. It is projected that 3,470 people (867 families) will live in this village. According to the master plan, this village will include the territory of the old Horovlu and nearby villages of Chapand, Safarsha, Fughanli, and Hasangaydi. In the first phase, 334 individual houses will be built to accommodate 1,395 people in Khorovlu. The houses to be built will have two, three, four, and five rooms.
