Groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential quarter in Gubadli

On May 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential quarter in in the city of Gubadli. During the ceremony, the head of state laid the foundation for the first residential quarter in in the city of Gubadli.

The area of the residential quarter, which spans approximately 2.6 hectares, is surrounded by river and mountain views. The quarter will be built according to the city’s approved master plan. The buildings in this quarter are planned to be three and four stories tall. In total, the construction of 156 apartments is envisaged. Of these apartments, 48 will have two rooms, 68 will have three rooms, 20 will have four rooms, and 20 will have five rooms. Modern architectural approaches and national pattern elements will be used in the construction of the buildings.
