Groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential quarter in Kalbajar

On May 27, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential quarter in the city of Kalbajar. During the ceremony, the head of state laid the foundation of the residential area.

The residential quarter is designed on an area of ​​3.26 hectares. The concept of the residential area was developed within the framework of the Master Plan project, which was commissioned by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture. Construction of 3 four-story and 10 two-story residential buildings is planned in the quarter. More than 460 residents will live here in 112 apartments. The architecture of the residential buildings is designed in the Alpine style, reflecting the terrain features of the area.
