Groundbreaking ceremony for the first multi-apartment residential quarter in Lachin

On May 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the first multi- apartment residential quarter in the city of Lachin. During the event, the President laid the foundation for the residential quarter.

The planned residential quarter is situated in the southwestern part of Lachin city, covering an area of 16.3 hectares. The area will feature modern residential buildings and a sports complex to serve the city’s residents. The residential buildings will include a total of 462 apartments, comprising 45 one-room, 126 two-room, 180 three-room, and 108 four-room apartments. The complex is designed to accommodate 1,630 residents.
