Groundbreaking ceremony for the 91-bed Central Hospital building in Gubadli

On May 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for 91-bed Central Hospital building in the city of Gubadli. During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the hospital building.

This medical facility, to be constructed on an area of over 4.5 hectares, will consist of an administrative building and sections for inpatient and outpatient services. The inpatient service section will include departments of reception, therapy, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, infectious diseases, anesthesiology-resuscitation, and hemodialysis. The outpatient service section will comprise a consultative polyclinic, a children’s polyclinic, radiological diagnostics, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation departments, and a clinical diagnostic laboratory. The hospital will be equipped with medical equipment that meets the most modern requirements, including computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, angiography and other devices.
