Groundbreaking ceremony for the 4th residential complex in Zangilan city

On September 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the 4th residential complex in Zangilan city. During the ceremony, the head of state officially laid the foundation stone for the residential complex.

The area designated for the complex is located in the city’s moderately dense multifunctional zone, near the administrative center. The area of ​​this residential complex is two hectares. The complex will include the construction of 3, 4, and 5-story apartment buildings, in line with the city’s approved master plan. The concept foresees the construction of residential buildings with a total of 131 apartments.
