Groundbreaking ceremony for Prestij-Kimya LLC’s factory in Araz Valley Economic Zone Industrial Park

On October 3, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the foundation laying ceremony for Prestij-Kimya LLC’s factory in the Araz Valley Economic Zone Industrial Park in the Jabrayil district. The head of state laid the foundation for the facility.

The company will construct a factory on a 2.15-hectare plot within the industrial park, dedicated to the production of disinfectants, liquid detergents, and bleaching solutions. The project, with an investment value of 5.8 million manats, is expected to create 214 permanent jobs. The facility, which will use technologies from Türkiye, China, and advanced European countries, is expected to produce 30,000 tons of various disinfectants, liquid detergents, and bleaching products per year. The products manufactured at the plant are intended not only for the domestic market but also for export to international markets.
