Groundbreaking ceremony for administrative building in Gubadli

On May 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for an administrative building to be constructed in in the city of Gubadli. During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the administrative building.

The administrative building will be constructed at the entrance of the city, on a one-hectare area designated as a business zone according to the master plan. The conceptual design of the building incorporates national architectural elements, green facades and roofing solutions, and the integration of solar panels. The three-story building will include underground parking for cars.

The first floor of the building will be designated for various types of meeting and training rooms, as well as multifunctional service areas. Additionally, it will house local offices, departments, and branches of several state and government institutions. The second and third floors will be allocated for different categories of office spaces. The construction of the administrative building will utilize metal structures. The facade solutions and flat roof will allow for the installation of solar panels and the organic integration of green elements.
