Foundation of the “Smart Village” Project

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, during his visit to Zangilan on April 26, laid the foundation for the first “smart village” project covering the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Aghali villages of Zangilan district.
