Bilateral meeting in Munich

On February 17, a bilateral meeting took place in Munich between the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the peace treaty negotiations between the two countries, the normalization of relations, and the delimitation of borders. The foreign ministries were instructed to hold a meeting regarding the peace treaty and a session of the commission on border delimitation. The mutual compromises and progress achieved during COP29 between the two countries were positively evaluated.
