Acquaintance with tourism projects to be implemented in the Tugh village

On May 5, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva were informed about tourism projects to be implemented in the Tugh village during their visit to the Khojavand district.

Within the framework of the tourism conceptual approach in Tugh presented by the State Tourism Agency, three directions are planned – development of cultural tourism by preserving the historical-architectural style, development of the tourism industry in the concept of ecotourism and “green destination” by using natural resources efficiently, and implementation of sustainable and community-based tourism development projects using agrotourism resources.
