Acquaintance with the work carried out at the Zangilan city mosque

On September 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reviewed the ongoing work at the Zangilan City Mosque, which is being constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The foundation of the mosque being built in Zangilan was laid by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on April 26, 2021. Since then, the mosque’s design has been completed and construction has commenced. The construction of the mosque is being carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation with support of Pasha Holding LLC. Currently, work on the mosque’s interior is ongoing, along with landscaping works. The project is expected to be completed by April 2024.
