Acquaintance with the work carried out at the residential complex in Zangilan city

On October 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev became acquainted with the work carried out at 104-apartment residential complex in Zangilan city.

The residential complex, consisting of 12 buildings, covers an area of nearly 2 hectares. A total of 104 apartments have been constructed. 8 of the buildings are two-story and 4 are three-story. Interior finishing work in the buildings has been completed. Modern architectural approaches were applied in the construction of the buildings.

The complex is located in the central part of the city, near a school, kindergarten, and park, within a medium-density and multifunctional zone. Children’s and sports playgrounds have been installed in the area. The neighborhood includes six aboveground and underground parking lots. Charging stations for electric vehicles are also planned. Additionally, underground water reservoirs have been built, and a transformer has been installed within the residential complex area.
