Acquaintance with the Restoration Work Carried out in a Private House in the Sugovushan Settlement

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the restoration work carried out in a private house in the Sugovushan settlement of the Tartar district on March 20. During the 44-day war, as a result of military operations, 16 individual houses became partially unusable in the liberated Sugovushan settlement of the Tartar district. One of these houses has been overhauled.

The total living area of the renovated house is 92 square meters. According to the project, the house consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The area under construction is 148 square meters. The main part of the façade is covered with decorative natural stones, which complements the harmony of the house and its location. In the rest of the façade, waterproof paint material was used. The roof of the house is covered with metal tiles, the terrace is laid with ceramics, and the ceiling is made of wooden material. The rooms of the house have been restored to a high standard and modern design. The yard area has been landscaped, and trees have been planted in the area. Electricity and water lines were laid in the neighborhood where individual houses are located, and asphalt was laid on the road.
