Acquaintance with the progress of the construction works carried out in the Fuzuli residential complex

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have examined the progress of construction works carried out by the State Housing Development Agency (MIDA) in the Fuzuli residential complex.

The residential complex, covering a total area of 8.9 hectares, consists of 38 buildings. These buildings include four-story, five-story, six-story, and seven-story structures, totaling 846 apartments. Among them, 318 apartments will have two rooms, 430 apartments will have three rooms, and 98 apartments will have four rooms. The area of ​​two-room apartments will be 54-68 square meters, the area of ​​three-room apartments will be 71–109 square meters, and the area of ​​four-room apartments will be 92–108 square meters.
