Acquaintance with the progress of construction works at the building of School No. 1 in Shusha city

On July 21, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the progress of construction works at the building of School No. 1 in Shusha city.

The three-story building of School No. 1 in Shusha City, which accommodates 960 students, has been fully equipped to provide optimal conditions for education. The school features 40 classrooms, each accommodating 24 students, along with 2 physics rooms, 2 chemistry rooms, 2 biology rooms, 2 technology rooms, 2 computer rooms, a STEAM center, a library and reading room, rooms for youth military training, art and music, a medical room, an examination room, a cafeteria, as well as an auditorium and gymnasium, and offices for administrative staff. On the one-hectare area allocated for the school, construction of a football field, a transformer, an individual boiler house, a water tank, and other necessary auxiliary buildings has also been completed.
