Acquaintance with the Progress of Construction Work at the Zangilan International Airport

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the progress of construction work at Zangilan International Airport on October 20. The construction work at the 3,000-meter runway airport started in May this year. Zangilan International Airport will have the capacity to receive any type of aircraft, including heavy cargo aircraft. The construction work is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
