Acquaintance with the prefabricated modular house production facility

On August 25, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited the prefabricated modular house production facility in the industrial zone of the Lachin district.

During the visit to the prefabricated modular house production facility, it was noted that the facility will produce 200 houses annually. The prefabricated houses will include living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and sanitary units. The advantages of these houses over traditional stone houses include their earthquake resistance, high durability, and eco-friendliness. Also, another advantage of these long-lasting and fire-resistant houses is that the price is more affordable. The facility will provide permanent employment for 100 people.
